Sky Story ATO was one of the few flight schools to participate in the first edition of the European Aviation Exhibition AeroExpo 2022, held during the first weekend of May as part of the Festival of Aviation at the airport in Piešt’any.
The AeroExpo exposition consisted of more than 70 exhibitors from various aviation sectors from all over Europe. In addition to manufacturers and designers, organisations from aviation science, research, education, sports and services, the event was also attended by leading aviation schools from Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
We and our flight school Sky Story ATO presented two training aircraft PS 28 Cruiser in the exhibition area in Piešt’any. We promoted the opportunities and services we offer to our customers, from flight training, conditioning and experience flights, aircraft rentals to flight examiner reviews. We also focused on presenting the region together with the home airports where we operate and carry out flight and ground operations.
The opening ceremony of AeroExpo 2022 was attended by the Minister of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic Andrej Doležal and during the weekend the exposition was also visited by the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic Eduard Heger, the Mayor of the Trnava Self-Governing Region Jozef Viskupič, the first Slovak cosmonaut Ivan Bella and many other prominent personalities of social and political life.
