Sky Story, s.r.o. operates the website www.sky-story.sk, which provides information on services and products from the Sky Story portfolio. This page serves to inform visitors of the website www.sky-story.sk and customers of services about the rules for the collection, use and disclosure of personal data.
Your personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data only with the client’s consent. When working with personal data, we undertake to comply with the General European Regulation on Personal Data Protection (abbreviation GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. Sky Story, p. r. about. at the same time, it declares that it treats clients’ personal data in accordance with good morals and its conduct will not circumvent or contradict the law and other general legal regulations, it prevents damage, destruction, loss and misuse of the personal data database.
Purpose of processing
The personal data we request from you is necessary for the provision of the service and the performance of the contract. We do not require non-essential information. We do not include personal information obtained for the above reasons in the database for sending news from us, it is used exclusively for the purposes of mutual communication necessary for the execution of the order.

street and census number
In the event that you sign up for a course for which, according to the relevant legislation, we are obliged to notify your participation in it to the Transport Authority, we will request the following information from you:
name, surname, title
date of birth
permanent residence (Street, city, postal code)
contacts (phone, e-mail)
If you already hold another license, also:
type of license
type and number of the RTF certificate
class and validity of the medical certificate
flown in total and as PIC
qualifications entered on the license
The stated data are necessary for the fulfillment of the notification obligation towards the Transport Office and will be used only for this purpose. The Civil Aviation Division of the Transport Office ensures the performance of state administration and state professional supervision in civil aviation as well as the fulfillment of other tasks arising from Act no. 143/1998 Coll. of 2 April 1998 on Civil Aviation (Aviation Act) and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, generally binding legal regulations, legally binding acts of the European Union and international treaties by which the Slovak Republic is bound.

In addition to the above, Sky Story, p. r. about. declares that it does not disclose, make available or provide personal data of clients to entities other than those that are necessary for the performance of the contract. The necessary entities with which the buyer’s personal data is shared include:
Slovenská pošta, a.s., with its registered office at Partizánska cesta 9, 975 99 Banská Bystrica;
Transport Office, Civil Aviation Division, with its registered office at M.R. Štefánika, 823 05 Bratislava.
We retain the processed personal data for as long as is deemed necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained (including as required by applicable law or regulation). In the absence of specific legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, our basic retention period for records and other documentary evidence created in the course of providing services will not exceed 10 years.
The Provider may keep the Client’s personal data even after the termination of the original purpose, after the termination of the contract, for statistical purposes, for accounting or surveys, for the recovery and assignment of receivables for the service provided to the Client, to exercise rights or fulfill other obligations arising from applicable legislation.
Right of access to data
You have the right to obtain information about the purpose and scope of the processing of his personal data.

You have the right to the portability of data, if you wish to transfer it to another provider, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, unless prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.
